Installation Process

We provide you with installation process demonstration

1.Install left &right board and back board; Connect left &right board and back board with M4*12Round head screw,Stainless corner fastener. Accessory and tools needed:M4*12Round head screw,Stainless corner fastener and electronic hand drill.

2.Install two pcs of partition1 and top& bottom board. Firstly,connect partition 1 and back board with M4*25 wafer head self tapping screw, then separately connect the left &right board with M4*12Round head screw,Stainless corner fastener。Same ways to install the top& bottom board. Accessory and tools needed:M4*12Round head screw, M4*25 wafer head self tapping screw, Stainless corner fastener and electronic hand drill.

3.Install the cork base bottom board. Connect the cork base and left&right side board,bottom board with M4*12Round head screw,Stainless corner fastener. Accessory and tools needed:M4*12 Round head screw, Stainless corner fastener and electronic hand drill.

4.Install clothes rail and flange Put the clothes rail through the holes of the partition2, and cooperate with each other to determine the position of the flange. Then Install clothes rail and flange.(Mention: while installing the door board,need to move partition2 to make it easy.) Accessory and tools needed:clothes rail and flange, M4*12 Round head screw,electronic hand drill.

5.Install the door board with hinge(pay attention to adjust the crack between the door and side board.) Accessory and tools needed: Hinge, M4*12 Round head screw,electronic hand drill.

6.Install partition2 Connect partition2(top&bottom and back part) and partition 1,back board with M4*25 wafer head self tapping screw. Accessory and tools needed:M4*25 wafer head self tapping screw,electronic hand drill.

7.Install the door lock. Accessory and tools needed:door lock, M4*12 Round head screw,electronic hand drill.
