Storage condition

1.Environmental requirement:Ensure appropriate acclimatization between plastic laminate and substrate prior to fabrication.condition plastic laminate and substrate surfaces in the same environment for 48 hours prior to fabrication.Condition at approximately 75 degree F(24 deg C) and 45 percent to 55 percent relative humidity.

2.Adhesive:for best results,apply adhesives at temperature at or above 65 deg F(18 deg F).

3.During the storage and transport, compact laminate should be placed on the plate whose size is slightly larger than boards. 4.A plate should be placed between the pallet and the boards and a cover plate should be put above the boards. 5.Compact laminate could not be stored near the door. 6.Compact laminate could not be stored in a too wet or hot environment 7.Compact laminate should be placed at least 72 hours before being processed or installed, so the sheet and the environment could achieve the balance.

Maintenance Instructions

1. Do not allow more than 96% sulfuric acid or nitric acid to contact with corrosion-resistant physical and chemical plates for more than 5 hours.

2. Do not direct the non-conventional test reagents to the corrosion-resistant physical and chemical plate.

3. Do not directly contact the corrosion-resistant chemical and physical properties with heat-dried glassware, gas stove, alcohol stove or melted metal, spark and other objects that can not be known at temperatures above 180 ° C.

4. After the experiment is finished, remember to wipe the table clean, in order to avoid residual acid, alkali solvent prolonged contact lead to damage.

5. Do not use acid, alkaline or corrosive cleaning agents to clean the corrosion-resistant physical and chemical plate, for stubborn stains, can be washed immediately with hypochlorous acid rinse with water. If the hypochlorite is dropped on the surface of the test bench for too long, the surface of the panel will be discolored or the stain will be more easily adhered to the panel.

Handling

Compact laminate is lifted vertically to avoid scratching. It is better to use the vacuum chuck to lift the boards.
